Yes, there is the problem that Apple removed the Python framework with the latest update.

A new version with included Python 3.x and native Apple Silicon support is in the making.

Yes, I am also on 12.3 and Synalyze It! Pro crashes immediately. I hope this is fixed soon as I need this tool for my work.

Same here.  Pro v1.23.4 crashes on launch.  Reason from crash log:

Termination Reason:    Namespace DYLD, Code 1 Library missing
Library not loaded: /System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/Python
Referenced from: /Applications/Synalyze It! Pro.app/Contents/MacOS/Synalyze It! Pro
Reason: tried: '/System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/Python' (no such file)
(terminated at launch; ignore backtrace)

If you don't mind the somewhat unpleasant odor, and you have a general familiarity with the macOS command line, you could try this series of gyrations, which worked to revive Synalize It! Pro in macOS 12.4, on an M1 machine, no less!
