How can I change the calendar dates of my CPAP data?

I have a few years of CPAP data, from 2016 - 2019.  I want to change the 2016 data dates to 2020.  I have no idea how to do this.

The first step is to look closer about the data (file) format as the manufacturers of devices producing CPAP data use different formats.
